INSIGHT INTO TODAY’S TRAINING APPROACH
I liked sharing the training insight on day 2 so here’s more for today’s workout…
This workout opens with 6 traditional weight training exercises. I recommend challenging yourself with weight here. Because of the sets/reps format, you can get a nice rest in between each set, so push yourself by slightly increasing weight with each set. Remember to never sacrifice form.
I also like the muscle burnout at the end of this workout. For me, it’s the ideal combo of weight training that I know is helping me sculpt a fit body as well as burnout moves to fatigue the muscles and burn calories for fat loss as well.
